Coaching believes that you have the solution to your own problem and aims to unlock your potential to maximise your own performance. It helps keep you moving forward.
As a Master Mindset Coach I use a variety of tools from various modalities to help you reach your goal, It's important to bear in mind that Coaching is not therapy or counselling. That is why I incorporate Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) into my programs so you can get the benefit of feeling free from issues from your past that is keeping you stuck at a deeper level of the subconscious where all change happens.
Cognitive Behaviour Coaching
This coaching draws on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It further aims to help you gain perspective about whatever is at the root of causing you difficulty. This technique can help those who feel restricted by emotional of psychological barriers to reach their goals. CBT as a talking therapy helps you manage your problems by changing the way you think and therefore behave.
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) Coaching
REBT as an action-oriented form of therapy helps you identify irrational beliefs and negative thought patterns that may lead to emotional or bevioural issues, learn how to manage emotions, thoughts and behaviours in a healthier, more realistic way. This coaching will introduce you to REBT tools that will help you identify and deal with irrational beliefs so that you can move forward with you goals.
Emotional Intelligence Coaching
I believe that emotional intelligence is the key to both personal and professional success. This coaching can help you become a better leader by increasing your capacity to be aware of, evaluate, control and express your emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, use it to communicate effectively, empathise with others, overcome challenges, defuse conflict and handle interpersonal relationships.
This coaching focuses on increasing a feeling of trust and belief in your abilities, qualities and judgement. Confidence is related to things you do whether it is in your within your career or profession, or personal relationships.
How will I know which type of coaching is right for me?
Together during your intake, we will decide which one below will be best suited for or will be of most benefit to you. If necessary, I may combine elements from various techniques to help you obtain optimal results.
How long does the session take?
A typical session usually lasts 50 minutes however please allow one hour.
What will I need for the coaching session?
I recommend that you have a bottle of water or drink, as well as notebook and pen so you can make any notes.
Can I add more coaching sessions to my program?
Before the end of every program we will discuss your next steps, however if you feel that more coaching will benefit you, you can request to add sessions at any time.
Will we be talking about the past during our session?
Coaching is focused on the present and the future. Sometimes moving forward means taking the lessons from the past but we will not be spending the whole session talking in depth about what happened to you - for this I recommend you try counselling. We can however address some of these issues during your RTT sessions.
What is the difference between counselling and coaching?
Counselling is coping oriented, helping you realise how you feel and cope better with the day to day. It helps you recognise and solve your problems in life. If day to day you are getting by OK but you want to achieve more then coaching may be more suitable. Coaching is action oriented and helps you recognise what you think. It helps you to keep moving forward through setting and achieving goals. Whichever is right for you depends on
Do you offer coaching only programs?
When I started my business, I started with coaching only, however I find that my clients get better results faster when engaging the conscious mind with the help of the subconscious mind. This is because 95% of our day is controlled by the subconscious and this is where change happens.
